Tujuan website ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan
informasi mengenai penerapan Step-down Bridge
Protocol yang terdiri dari kombinasi 6
Immunosuppressants Intravenous dan Oral (SBP-6-IMNs
atau JD Protocol) untuk penanganan penyakit
autoimmine seperti Rheumatoid Factor positive (RF+)
Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Lupus Nephritis,
NSAID-refractory Ankylosing Spondylitis, dll. |
Untuk menjadi seorang yang mampu menerapkan JD Protocol
diperlukan waktu dan arahan yang tepat. Website ini
menyediakan berbagai petunjuk untuk para Dokter dan dengan
memberikan fasilitas tanya jawab yang dapat dilakukan
melalui email. Apabila pertanyaannya berhubungan dengan
kedokteran pada umumnnya, pertanyaan dan jawaban akan dimuat
dalam website sehingga dapat diakses oleh semua pihak yang
berminat.
Pengobatan penyakit autoimmune seperti Lupus Nephritis (LN),
Rheumatoid Factor Positive (RF+) Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA),
dan NSAID-refractory Ankylosing Spondylitis (Nr-AS) belum
pernah menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan sejak 1950-an.
Perkembangan sejak th 1950 sampai penggunaaan Biologi
response modifier terapi untuk penyakit AID sejak tahun 2000
sedikit mengecewakan.
Hanya dengan menggunakan Step-down Bridge Protocol yang
terdiri dari kombinasi 6 imunosupresan Intravena dan Oral
(SBP-6-IMNs atau JD Protocol)dapat memberikan hasil yang
memuaskan sejak tahun 1990-an.
Remisi dengan induksi terapi IV hanya memerlukan 2-4 bulan,
terapi IV dengan penurunan bertahap (Tapering off)
memerlukan 5.5-7,5 bulan. Setelah itu untuk mempertahankan
remisi dilanjutkan dengan terapi oral. JD protocol
dikembangkan dari penelitian selama lebih dari 10 tahun.
Visi kami adalah untuk membantu ahli rheumatology dan
kalangan kedokteran untuk menerapkan JD Protocol ini untuk
pengobatan penyakit autoimmune. Hasi jangka pendek, sedang
dan jangka panjang akan memberikan hasil yang memuaskan
untuk pasien dan dokternya.
Dalam website ini Anda akan dapat melihat
sangkalan-sangkalan terhadap mitos-mitos yang ada pada LN,
RF+FA dan Nr-AS dengan menggunakan JD Protocol. Anda akan
dapat juga menemukan hasil-hasil yang telah tercapai. Dalam
menu Medical Info banyak informasi mengenai terobosan dalam
pengobatan autoimmune diseases.
Visi kami adalah menyebarkanluaskan ke seluruh dunia tentang
penerapan JD Protocol ke seluruh dunia ahli rheumatology dan
kalangan kedokteran. Untuk alasan tersebutlah maka telah
diadakan workshop RF+ RA selama Kongres APLAR, September
2004 di Jeyu, Korea yang lalu. Workshop yang hampir sama
akan diadakan juga nanti pada Kongres APLAR, Augustus 2006
di Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
